The Pin-barrel Cold Feed Rubber Extruder is specially designed for the extrusion of various rubber compounds. Equipped with a pin-barrel structure and optimized screw design, it provides superior plasticizing efficiency, excellent temperature control, stable extrusion pressure, and high production output.
The machine adopts a cold-feed processing system, allowing rubber compounds to be fed directly without preheating. Multiple rows of pins installed inside the barrel effectively increase the shearing and mixing action, ensuring uniform plasticization while reducing energy consumption and compound temperature rise.
It is widely used in the production of tire treads, sidewalls, inner liners, hoses, conveyor belts, sealing strips, rubber sheets, cable insulation, and various technical rubber products.

Available in screw diameters ranging from 90 mm to 250 mm, with production capacities from approximately 360 kg/h to 3000 kg/h, meeting the requirements of both medium and large-scale rubber processing lines.

The machine frame and gearbox are designed for heavy-duty continuous operation, providing excellent rigidity, low vibration, and long service life.
7. Wide Application Range
Suitable for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM, NBR, SBR, and other rubber compounds.
