The Rubber Crusher is specially designed for the preliminary size reduction of waste tire rubber and reclaimed rubber materials. Through the differential speed of two heavy-duty rolls, large rubber blocks are efficiently crushed into smaller particles, providing an ideal feedstock for subsequent grinding, refining, or reclaiming processes.
Featuring a robust structure, wear-resistant alloy rolls, and high-torque drive system, the machine delivers stable performance, high productivity, and long service life under continuous operation.
Working Principle
The machine consists of a smooth front roll and a grooved rear roll rotating at different surface speeds. Rubber materials are drawn into the nip between the rolls, where they undergo strong compression, shearing, and tearing forces. The grooved roll enhances gripping capability and improves crushing efficiency, enabling large rubber pieces to be broken down into uniformly sized granules.
