The Rubber Kneader is a high-efficiency internal mixing machine designed for the mixing, plasticizing, dispersing, and compounding of rubber materials. It is widely used in the production of reclaimed rubber, tire compounds, rubber products, seals, hoses, cables, and other rubber-based materials.
Through the intensive shearing, compression, and mixing action generated by the specially designed rotors, the machine ensures rapid and uniform dispersion of rubber, carbon black, fillers, oils, and chemical additives, significantly improving compound quality and production efficiency.
Working Principle
The Rubber Kneader consists of a sealed mixing chamber equipped with two counter-rotating rotors. During operation, raw materials are fed into the mixing chamber, where they are subjected to strong mechanical shearing, compression, friction, and circulation. These actions rapidly blend all ingredients into a homogeneous compound.
The mixed material is then discharged efficiently by the hydraulic or mechanical tilting system, ensuring quick batch changes and continuous production.
