The Rubber Strainer Extruder is specially designed for filtering impurities, contaminants, and unmixed particles from rubber compounds before subsequent processing operations. By forcing the rubber through a fine mesh screen under high pressure, the machine effectively improves compound cleanliness, enhances product quality, and reduces defects during extrusion, calendaring, tire building, and molding processes.
The XJL Series Rubber Strainer Extruders are widely used in tire manufacturing plants, reclaimed rubber production lines, rubber mixing workshops, and technical rubber goods factories. They are particularly suitable for filtering natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM, NBR, and other rubber compounds.
