The LLN series vulcanizers are available in multiple specifications, accommodating molds with diameters from 1180 mm to 2000 mm, making them suitable for various inner tube production requirements.
Working Principle
The uncured inner tube is placed inside the vulcanization mold and connected to the inflation system. During operation, the machine closes the mold under hydraulic pressure while steam is supplied to provide the required curing temperature. Simultaneously, compressed air is introduced into the inner tube to maintain its shape and ensure uniform wall thickness.
Under controlled temperature, pressure, and curing time, the rubber compound undergoes vulcanization, resulting in a finished inner tube with excellent elasticity, strength, and durability. After the curing cycle is completed, the mold automatically opens for product removal.
