The Single Mold Tire Vulcanizing Press is a high-performance curing machine designed for the production of truck tires, bus tires, off-the-road (OTR) tires, industrial tires, and specialty pneumatic tires. Utilizing advanced hydraulic clamping technology, steam heating systems, and precision center mechanisms, the machine ensures excellent tire uniformity, stable curing quality, and high production efficiency.
Available in 75″, 88″, and 105″ models, the vulcanizer can accommodate a wide range of tire sizes and specifications, making it suitable for modern tire manufacturing facilities.
Working Principle
The green tire is loaded into the curing mold and positioned by the center mechanism. The hydraulic system applies high clamping force to securely close the mold while steam is supplied to the mold and curing bladder. Under controlled temperature, pressure, and curing time, the tire undergoes vulcanization, forming its final tread pattern, sidewall markings, and structural shape.
After the curing cycle is completed, the mold opens automatically and the finished tire is unloaded for the next production cycle.
