The Tyre Shaping and Curing Press is an advanced tire manufacturing machine designed to perform tire shaping, molding, and vulcanization in a single operation. It is widely used for the production of passenger car tires, light truck tires, agricultural tires, and specialty pneumatic tires.
The machine combines precision shaping technology, hydraulic mold clamping, and efficient steam heating systems to ensure excellent tire uniformity, accurate dimensions, and superior curing quality.
Available in sizes from 45" to 63.5", the press can accommodate a wide range of tire specifications and production requirements.
Working Principle
The green tire is loaded into the mold and positioned by the center mechanism. The shaping bladder expands under pressure, shaping the tire uniformly against the mold cavity. Simultaneously, steam and heating systems provide the required curing temperature and pressure.
During the curing cycle, the tire achieves its final tread pattern, sidewall design, and structural integrity. After vulcanization is completed, the mold opens automatically and the finished tire is unloaded.
