The Hydraulic Tire Vulcanizer is a specialized molding and curing machine designed for the production of solid tires, industrial tires, forklift tires, rubber wheels, and various molded rubber products. The YLL series vulcanizers are available in multiple specifications ranging from 600 kN to 3000 kN clamping force, meeting the production requirements of different tire sizes and capacities.
Working Principle
The machine applies hydraulic pressure to securely close the mold while steam is introduced into the heating system and bladder to provide the required curing temperature and internal pressure. Under controlled temperature, pressure, and curing time, the rubber compound undergoes vulcanization, forming a finished tire with excellent physical and mechanical properties.
Upon completion of the curing cycle, the mold automatically opens for product removal and the next production cycle.
