The Hot Feed Rubber Extruder is designed for processing preheated and plasticized rubber compounds supplied directly from an internal mixer, dispersion kneader, or two-roll mill. Utilizing a specially designed double-head convergent screw structure, the machine delivers stable material feeding, efficient extrusion, and excellent dimensional consistency.
Compared with cold-feed extrusion systems, hot-feed extrusion offers a simpler machine structure, lower initial investment, and high production efficiency, making it an ideal solution for manufacturing rubber sheets, tire components, hoses, sealing profiles, cable coverings, conveyor belts, and various technical rubber products.
The XJ Series Hot Feed Rubber Extruders are available in screw diameters ranging from 65 mm to 250 mm, with production capacities from 50 kg/h up to 3200 kg/h, meeting the requirements of both small-scale and large industrial production lines.
