Structural Features
1. Various rotor designs are available to meet different mixing and refining process requirements. Custom configurations can be selected based on customer needs.
2. The rotor, mixing chamber, discharge door, and ram are all equipped with a circulating water cooling system, featuring a large heat exchange area. An optional temperature control system ensures stable compound quality.
3. The rotor surface, inner chamber walls, discharge door, ram, and other contact parts are overlay-welded with wear-resistant alloy and chrome-plated, significantly improving wear resistance and service life.
4. The rotor end sealing system adopts oil-lubricated sealing, with adjustable pressure and reliable sealing performance.
5. The top ram is hydraulically driven, enabling constant pressure control during mixing.
6. The bottom discharge door is driven by rack-and-pinion combined with hydraulic cylinders, ensuring smooth operation, strong locking force, excellent self-locking performance, and tight sealing.
7. The transmission system features smooth operation, low noise, and long service life. Speed and structure can be customized according to different process requirements.
8. The control system adopts PLC control, supporting both manual and automatic modes. It offers easy operation, strong anti-interference capability, and reliable signal detection and feedback functions.
The system can be integrated with upstream equipment to achieve fully automatic operation, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
